- What we collect: Photographs of faces that you voluntarily provide through your device's camera or photo library.
- How we use them: These images are uploaded to our secure servers via HTTPS encrypted traffic for facial analysis processing.
- Storage: Images are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete. We do NOT store any photos or metadata.
2.2 Analysis Data
- What we collect: Facial analysis results (proportions, ratios, metrics).
- How we use them: To display analysis results within the application.
- Storage: Results are saved locally on your device and can be deleted at any time.
2.3 Requested Permissions
The application requests the following permissions:
- Camera: To capture photographs for facial analysis
- Photo Library: To select existing images from your device
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Perform the facial analysis you request
- Display analysis results to you
- Improve analysis accuracy
4. Information Sharing
We do NOT share, sell, or distribute your personal information or images with third parties. Your information is processed securely and deleted immediately after analysis.

- You can delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the application

- On our servers: Images are deleted immediately and automatically after processing (typically within seconds)
- On your device: Analysis results remain only while the application is installed. Uninstalling the application automatically deletes all local data.
7. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data (stored on your device)
- Delete your data (by uninstalling the application or clearing data from settings)
- Not provide information (simply don't use the application)

FaceCard AI is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent/guardian and discover that your child under 13 has used the application, please contact us.

Currently, FaceCard AI does not use third-party services that collect user information.
